With a passion for cooking and endless curiosity about fresh, local ingredients Busy Bee Catering was born. Lorrie’s goal is to provide delicious fresh food that has been prepared from scratch using as many sustainable ingredients as possible in a buffet-style setting. Not only will she create a menu to your tastes and budget, but she will work with you to create a one of a kind atmosphere for your event.

Perfect for small catering events (15-80 people) such as birthdays, showers,  company dinners,  or just to impress your friends and family. Busy Bee Catering creates delectable dishes that will delight even the pickiest of eaters.

Busy Bee Catering prefers to prepare food at your event location, but delivery and set-up is available as well. Currently serving the following locations: Floyd, Roanoke, Christiansburg, and surrounding New River Valley Locations in Virginia. As well as locations in and around Charleston, West Virginia. Cutlery, dishes, glasses and linen rentals are available upon request.

• Your name, event date, time and location.
• Kitchen availability.
• Type of event and expected party amount. Ten dollars per hour will be added for parties over 20.
• Budget for event. (Please note that most events start at $200)
• Meal you are requesting (brunch, picnic, dinner, themed occasion, finger food etc.).
• You may need to obtain a banquet license in order to serve beer and wine at your event, please make note of this in your quote.
• Do you need service during your event or prefer drop-off? All catering jobs include cleanup and trash removal.
• Would you like any decorating or atmosphere services for your event? Themes are welcome.
• Would you like to rent cutlery, glasses, dishes, and linens?

These items are guaranteed baked fresh within 24 hours of delivery and will be nicely packaged for gift giving.  Please order at least five days in advance of the date needed before November 20th and up to seven days  November 20th-January 2nd.
